Fred Lambrechts

Fred is an attorney with the Antwerp Bar and joined Pitch in 2025.
He obtained his Master of Laws from KU Leuven and went on to complete a Master in Intellectual Property and ICT Law at the same university.
Fred’s interest in intellectual property law stems from his own creative practice. In his spare time, Fred is active as a DJ and music producer, which gives him first-hand insight into how creatives work and where the boundaries between protection and creative freedom lie. That perspective helped shape his master’s thesis on the legal status of sampling in music.
Today, Fred assists clients with trademark and design filings, copyright and trademark infringement disputes, and the drafting and negotiation of commercial agreements.
